Commission TOS

On Delivery/ETA:
These commissions will be DIGITALLY DELIVERED! No shipping info required.
Due to the nature of my irl job, I cannot guarantee an ETA, as I work on art in the spare time I have in-between bouts of my freelance work.
Commissions are first come first serve, and it will take an indeterminate amount of time to get yours drawn and delivered. You are always welcome to ask for your spot in the queue, and use that to make a determination if you would like to cancel your commission and refund.
I wish I could offer a more structured system, but I need to pay rent, and EOD these comms are more for fun :')On Refunds:
Refunds are subject to your spot in the queue - if I haven't begun your request, you are entitled to a full refund.
IF I AM ACTIVELY WORKING ON YOUR PIECE, OR IF IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE. You are consenting to these terms at purchase. On Acceptance:
I have the right to refuse and refund your request if it is too complex for the price, if it crosses a moral line, or if I for any reason outside of my own control am unable to work on the commission.
FICTIONAL CHARACTERS ONLY. Sonas and OCs are OK! If you ask to draw a friend in a trap, I need ENTHUSIASTIC CONSENT from that person, otherwise it is an automatic no.
